The leadership needed in African countries

What country could develop without its human resources, without its youth?

We agree that while infrastructure is important for a country's development, human resources are important. They are even more important because it is man who builds and man who destroys.

To count on the quality of one's youth is to guarantee the continuity of one's nation for centuries to come. In order to do so, our States should ensure the supervision and improvement of the standard of living of their youth at all levels. Facilitate education, health, employment, training and especially encourage entrepreneurship.

Africa does not need "Statesmen" to move forward, but real political leaders capable of giving direction to their people.

Field leaders ready to listen even to the advice of a mother seller at the market place.

Leaders capable of feeling, living, thinking and dealing with their people to decide with them on the direction and perspectives of the country.

A leader who wants to build a truly worthy and worthy nation should take all these qualities into account, he should rely on his human resources.
